How do I add the signature to Outlook?
- Fill in your details and click on COPY SIGNATURE. (Do not drag your mouse to highlight the selection.)
- Open Outlook and create a new message.
- Click on Signature —> Signatures...
- Click on New, type a name for the signature and click on OK.
- Click in the text field and paste in the signature by pressing Ctrl+V.
- In the right-hand menu, make sure to select the signature in the drop down menu to make it the default for new and forwarded messages. Click OK to save the settings.
